2026 Economic Census Field Officer Training, Batch 2

BPS-Statistics Gunungkidul Regency conducted the 2026 Economic Census Field Officer Training, Batch 2, from June 5 to 7, 2026, at Hotel New Saphir Yogyakarta. The training was attended by 345 field officers. All participants completed self-learning/Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) for three days, followed by three days of face-to-face training. The face-to-face training was facilitated by 13 instructors (Inda) in 13 classes.

The 2026 Economic Census aims to provide basic data on all economic activities, excluding Public Administration and Defence; Compulsory Social Security and Activities of Households as Employers; Undifferentiated Goods- and Services-Producing Activities of Households for Own Use. The data will serve as a basis for policy formulation and development planning at the national level.

During field data collection, the 2026 Economic Census field officers will be equipped with assignment letters, vests, and the FASIH Mobile application. Field data collection will be conducted door-to-door from June 15 to August 31, 2026.
