Abstract

The number of foreign tourist visits to the D.I. Yogyakarta through the Adi Sutjipto entrance in April 2019 decreased by 6.05 percent compared to the number of visits in March 2019, from 10,623 visits to 9,980 visits. Meanwhile, when compared to April 2018, the number of foreign tourist visits in April 2019 decreased by 12.72 percent.
Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in D.I. Yogyakarta in April 2019 amounted to 62.75 percent, an increase of 5.98 points compared to the previous month's TPK of 56.77 percent. The TPK of non-star hotels was 30.72 percent, an increase of 0.78 points compared to the TPK in March 2019.
The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in April 2019 reached 1.62 days and non-star hotels reached 1.49 days.
The number of passenger arrivals through Adi Sutjipto Airport Yogyakarta in April 2019 was recorded at 259,894 people, while the number of passenger departures in April 2019 was 250,847 passengers.
