Abstract

The number of foreign tourist visits or foreign tourists to D.I. Yogyakarta through the Adisutjipto entrance in October 2019 decreased by 10.12 percent compared to the number of visits in September 2019, from 10,655 visits to 9,577 visits. Meanwhile, when compared to October 2018, the number of foreign tourist visits in October 2019 decreased by 17.53 percent.

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in D.I. Yogyakarta in October 2019 amounted to 59.92 percent, an increase of 8.32 points compared to the previous month's TPK which was recorded at 51.60 percent. The TPK of non-star hotels was 28.76 percent, an increase of 0.42 points compared to the TPK in September 2019.

The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in October 2019 reached 1.61 days and non-star hotels reached 1.36 days.

The number of passenger arrivals through Adisutjipto Airport and Yogyakarta International Airport in October 2019 was recorded at 310,286 people, while the number of passenger departures in October 2019 was 308,366 passengers.
