Abstract

In July 2020 the number of grain observations was 56 transactions, consisting of 26 Dried Grain Units (GKG) as many as 26 observations (46.43 percent), 3 Dried Unhusked Grain (GKP) as many as 3 observations (5.36 percent) and 27 Unexploded Quality Grain observation (48.21 percent).
The highest grain price at the farm level is Rp. 5,500.00 per kg in MPD Quality Grain with Inpari and Mapan varieties occurred in Berbah District, Sleman Regency. Conversely, the lowest grain price at the farm level is Rp. 4,000.00 per kg in Quality Quality Grain with Ciherang and Sunggal varieties occur in the Sentolo District, Kulonprogo Regency.
On March 16, 2020 the Indonesian Minister of Trade issued ministerial regulation number 24 of 2020 concerning the Determination of Government Purchasing Prices for Grain and Rice which came into force on the date of issue.
In July 2020, a new HPP was used and there was no observation of grain prices under the HPP either at the farmer level or at the mill level.
