Abstract

In October 2020 the number of grain observations as many as 56 transactions, consisting of Dry Grain Grinding (GKG) as many as 29 observations (51.79 percent), Dry Grain Harvest (GKP) as many as 7 observations (12.50 percent) and Grain Beyond Quality as many as 20 observations (35.71 percent).

The highest grain price at the farmer level is Rp. 6,400.00 per kg in GKG quality grain with Cianjur varieties occurring in Godean District of Sleman Regency. In contrast, the lowest grain price at the farmer level of Rp. 4,300.00 per kg in GKP Quality Grain and Out of Quality with situbagendit, Ciherang and IR 64 varieties occurred in Godean Sub-District sleman and Jetis sub-districts, Bantul Regency.

On March 16, 2020, the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia issued ministerial regulation number 24 of 2020 on the Government Purchase Pricing (HPP) for Grain and Rice which came into force on the date of issue.

In October 2020, it used a new HPP, and there was no observation of grain prices below HPP both at the farmer level and at the mill level.
