Abstract

The NTP of D.I. Yogyakarta in November 2020 reached 100.24, a decrease of 0.46 percent compared to the previous month's index of 100.71. The NTP of the Food Crops Subsector was recorded at 99.96; the NTP of the Horticulture Subsector was 107.91; the NTP of the People's Plantation Crops Subsector was 113.95; the NTP of the Livestock Subsector was 94.25; and the NTP of the Fisheries Subsector was 98.39.

The decline in the combined NTP index this month was caused by a decrease in the food crop subsector by 1.38 percent, the smallholder plantation crop subsector by 1.60 percent, and the fisheries subsector by 0.19 percent, while the horticulture subsector increased by 1.63 percent, and the livestock subsector by 1.43 percent. The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of Yogyakarta Special Region in November 2020 amounted to 100.14, a decrease of 0.06 percent compared to October of 100.21.
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for rural areas in D.I. Yogyakarta in November 2020 generally reached 106.73 or experienced inflation of 0.89 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 105.78.
Of the 34 provinces in November 2020, 25 provinces experienced an increase, 1 province experienced no change, and 8 other provinces experienced a decrease. The highest increase in NTP occurred in Riau by 3.00 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Central Sulawesi by 0.59 percent.
