Abstract

    Yogyakarta City in December 2020 experienced inflation of 0.48 percent due to an increase in the consumer price index for the food, beverage and tobacco group by 1.37 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.21 percent; the health group by 0.07 percent; the transportation group of 1.04 percent; the information, communication and financial services group of 0.07 percent; the recreation, sports and culture group by 0.22 percent; and the food and beverage / restaurant supply group by 0.36 percent. Meanwhile, the group that experienced deflation were the housing, water, electricity, and household fuels group at 0.01 percent; equipment, tools and household routine maintenance group by 0.02 percent; and personal care and other services group of 0.53 percent. The relatively stable group, namely the education group.
  • Calendar inflation rate and year on year inflation rate (December 2020 against December 2019) of 1.40 percent.
