Abstract

The producer price of unhusked rice at the farm level in Yogyakarta Special Region in March 2023 amounted to IDR 4,948.13, down 13.40 percent compared to the previous month of IDR 5,714.00. At the milling level, it also decreased by 13.32 percent, from Rp 5,784.00 to Rp 5,013.75 per kg in March 2023.

The highest grain price at the farmer level for GKG quality grain is IDR 6,000 per kg with the Mekongga variety in Sleman Regency while GKP quality grain is IDR 5,000 per kg with the Inpari variety in Sleman Regency. The lowest grain price at the farmer level is Rp 4,200 per kg for GKP quality grain with Ciherang, Inpari and IR-64 varieties in Kulon Progo Regency.

Grain by variety produced and sold by farmers in March 2023, the IR-64 variety accounted for 46.25 percent, Inpari for 23.75 percent, Ciherang for 20.00 percent, Situ Bagendit for 6.25 percent, Mekongga and Pepe for 3.75 percent.

In March 2023, out of 80 observations in 3 districts, namely Kulon Progo, Bantul, and Bantul.
