Railway transportation passengers in August 2023 were 831,152 people, down 16.63 percent compared to the previous month. The number of goods transported in August 2023 was 49,779 tons, up 3.74 percent compared to the previous month.The number of passenger arrivals through Adisutjipto Airport and Yogyakarta International Airport in August 2023 was recorded at 199,092 people, down 9.18 percent compared to July 2023 which was 219,213 people. Meanwhile, the number of air transportation passengers departing through Adisutjipto Airport and Yogyakarta International Airport in August 2023 was 182,071 people, down 19.61 percent compared to July 2023 which was 226,496 people.The number of rail transportation passengers departing through Wates Station, YIA Station, Maguwo Station, Yogyakarta Station, and Lempuyangan Station in August 2023 was 831,152 people, a decrease of 16.63 percent compared to July 2023 which was 996,925 people. The number of goods transported by trains through Rewulu Station, Yogyakarta Station, Lempuyangan Station, and Maguwo Station in August 2023 was 49,779 tons, an increase of 3.74 percent compared to July 2023 which amounted to 47,986 tons.
