Abstract

In June 2020 the number of grain observations was as many as 55 transactions, consisting of 23 milled dry grains (GKG), 23 observations (41.82 percent), 6 harvested dry grains (GKP) and 6 observations (10.91 percent) and 26 external quality grains. observation (47.27 percent).

The highest grain price at the farm level is Rp. 5,500.00 per kg in quality GKG grain with varieties of Ir 64 and Sri Putih occurred in Temon District, Kulonprogo Regency, and Bambanglipuro District, Bantul Regency, and GKP Quality grain with Ir 64 variety occurred in Temon District, Kulonprogo Regency. Conversely, the lowest grain price at the farm level is Rp. 4,100.00 per kg in Quality Ore with IR 64 and Ciherang varieties occurred in the Sewon District, Bantul Regency.

On March 16, 2020 the Indonesian Minister of Trade issued ministerial regulation number 24 of 2020 concerning the Determination of Government Purchasing Prices for Grain and Rice which came into force on the date of issue.

In May 2020, a new HPP was used and there was no observation of grain prices under the HPP either at the farm level or at the mill level.
