Abstract

NTP Special Region of Yogyakarta in September 2020, reached 100.33 decreased by 0.67 percent compared to the previous month's index of 101.01. NTP Subsector of Food Crops was recorded at 101.84; NTP Horticultural Subsector 106.25; NTP Subsector of People's Plantation Plant 112.45; NTP Subsector Farm 91.28; and NTP Subsector fisheries 97.62.

The decline in the combined NTP index this month was due to a 0.38 percent decrease in the food crop subsector, horticultural subsector by 0.57 percent, the subsector of people's plantation crops by 0.82 percent, the subsector of farms by 1.65 percent, while the subsector fisheries increased by 1.47 percent. The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Business (NTUP) of Yogyakarta Special Region in September 2020 was 99.32, down by 1.00 percent compared to August of 100.32.

The rural Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Yogyakarta special region in September 2020 generally reached 104.97 or experienced deflation of 0.32 percent compared to CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 105.30.

Of the 34 provinces in September 2020 there were 28 provinces in increase, and 6 other provinces decreased. The highest NTP increase occurred in Riau by 3.48 percent, while the largest NTP decrease occurred in D.I.Yogyakarta by 0.67 percent.
