Abstract

The NTP of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in July 2021, reached 96.42, a decrease of 1.23 percent compared to the previous month's index of 97.62. The NTP of the Food Crops Subsector was recorded at 93.00; Horticulture Subsector 111.37; People's Plantation Plant Subsector 116.37; Livestock Subsector 93.68; and Fisheries Subsector 93.97.

The decline in the combined FTT index this month was caused by a decrease in four sub-sectors, namely: food crops by 2.01 percent, smallholder plantations by 1.87, livestock by 0.02 percent and fisheries by 0.46 percent, while the horticulture sub-sector rose by 0. ,72 percent. The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in July 2021 was 95.84, a decrease of 1.02 percent compared to June of 96.82.

The rural Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in July 2021 generally reached 107.94, experiencing inflation of 0.30 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 107.62.

Of the 34 provinces in July 2021, 19 provinces experienced an increase, and 15 other provinces experienced a decrease. The highest increase in NTP occurred in DKI Jakarta by 2.58 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Riau by 2.29 percent.
