Grain Producer Price Development September 2022

Abstract

The producer price of grain at the farm level in D.I. Yogyakarta in September 2022 amounted to Rp. 5,149.00, an increase of 9.09 percent compared to the previous month of Rp. 4,720.00. At the milling level, it also increased by 8.89 percent, from Rp. 4,793.08 to Rp. 5,219.00 per kg in September 2022.
The highest grain price at the farm level for GKG quality grain is Rp. 5,700 per kg with the IR64 variety in Bantul. Meanwhile, GKP quality grain worth IDR 5,050 per kg with the IR64 variety is also found in Bantul. On the other hand, the lowest grain price at the farmer level was IDR 4,600 per kg for GKG quality grain with Mekongga and IR 64 varieties in Sleman District.
Grain by variety produced and sold by farmers in September 2022, the IR 64 variety accounted for 54 percent, Ciherang for 26 percent, Inpari for 14 percent, Mekongga for 4 percent, and Mentik Wangi for 2 percent.
In September 2022, the price of grain below the HPP was 28 percent in both GKG and GKP quality grain.
