Abstract

Domestic air passenger departures in April 2024 increased by 50.52 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, arrivals increased by 72.99 percent.
Rail passenger departures in April 2024 increased by 30.73 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, arrivals increased by 40.54 percent.
The number of goods transported by rail in April 2024 increased by 17.52 percent compared to March 2024. Meanwhile, goods unloaded decreased by 39.71 percent.
The number of domestic air passengers departing in April 2024 was 190,463 people, an increase of 50.52 percent compared to March 2024. Meanwhile, the number of arrivals was recorded at 208,300 people, an increase of 72.99 percent.
The number of passengers going abroad (international) increased by 20.76 percent to 17,985 people compared to the previous month. Likewise, passengers arriving from abroad increased by 21.59 percent to 19,956 people.
The number of goods transported using domestic air transportation was 1,022.95 tons or down 33.48 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of goods unloaded was 122.45 tons or down 15.86 percent.
The number of train passengers departing in April 2024 was 980,569 people or up 30.73 percent compared to March 2024. Meanwhile, the number of train passengers arriving was 1,015,454 people or up 40.54 percent.
The number of goods transported by train in April 2024 showed an increase of 17.52 percent to 23,537 tons compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of goods unloaded fell 39.71 percent to 16,301 tons.
