Production Growth of Large and Medium Manufacturing (IBS) and Micro and Small Industry (IMK) in the Third Quarter of 2019

Abstract

Production growth of the Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry (IBS) D.I. Yogyakarta (q-to-q) in the third quarter of 2019 against the second quarter of 2019 experienced positive growth of 10.09 percent. The growth of IBS D.I. Yogyakarta q-to-q is in line with the growth of large and medium manufacturing industry production at the national level which also grew positively by 5.13 percent.

Production growth of the Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry (IBS) of D.I. Yogyakarta on a (y-to-y) basis in the third quarter of 2019 against the third quarter of 2018 increased by 11.08 percent. The increase in production growth in D.I. Yogyakarta was higher than the growth rate at the national level, which grew by 4.35 percent.

Production growth of Micro and Small Industries (IMK) of D.I. Yogyakarta in the third quarter of 2019 against the second quarter of 2019 (q-to-q) experienced positive growth, which amounted to 1.76 percent. Growth in the third quarter of 2019 was in line with the growth rate of micro and small industry production at the national level which experienced negative growth of 0.29 percent.

Production growth of the Micro and Small Industry (IMK) of D.I. Yogyakarta in the third quarter of 2019 against the third quarter of 2018 (y-on-y) did not experience growth or grew by 0.00 percent. The increase in production growth in D.I. Yogyakarta was lower than the growth rate at the national level, which grew by 6.19 percent.
