Abstract

The number of foreign tourist visits or foreign tourists to the Special Region of Yogyakarta through the Adisutjipto entrance in December 2019 increased by 6.26 percent compared to the number of visits in November 2019, namely from 9,218 *) visits to 9,795 visits. Meanwhile, when compared to December 2018, the number of foreign tourist visits in December 2019 decreased by 9.41 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in December 2019 was 72.43 percent, an increase of 8.50 points compared to the previous month's TPK of 63.93 percent. The TPK of non-star hotels was 37.66 percent, an increase of 7.66 points compared to the TPK in November 2019.

The average length of stay of guests in star hotels in December 2019 reached 1.62 days and non-star hotels reached 1.18 days.

The number of passenger arrivals through Adisutjipto Airport and Yogyakarta International Airport in December 2019 was recorded at 334,131 people, while the number of passenger departures in December 2019 was 334,459 passengers.
