Abstract

In September 2020 the number of grain observations amounted to 61 transactions, consisting of Dry Grain Grinding (GKG) as many as 18 observations (29.51 percent), Dry Grain Harvest (GKP) as many as 11 observations (18.03 percent) and Grain Beyond Quality as much as 32 observations (52.46 percent).

The highest grain price at the farmer level is Rp. 5,300.00 per kg in GKG quality grain with Ir 64 varieties occurring in Moyudan District of Sleman Regency. In contrast, the lowest grain price at the farmer level is Rp. 4,200.00 per kg in Grain Beyond Quality with ciherang and IR 64 varieties occurring in Pandak, Jetis and Sewon sub-districts, Bantul Regency.

On March 16, 2020, the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia issued ministerial regulation number 24 of 2020 on the Government Purchase Pricing (HPP) for Grain and Rice which came into force on the date of issue.

In September 2020 it used the new HPP, and found 2 observations of grain prices under GKG quality HPP at the mill level.
