Abstract

The producer price of grain at the farm level in D.I. Yogyakarta in July 2022 amounted to Rp. 4,320.00, down 2.26 percent compared to the previous month of Rp. 4,420.00. At the milling level, it also decreased by 2.17 percent from Rp. 4,488.18 to Rp. 4,390.83 per kg in July 2022.
The highest grain price at the farm level for GKG quality grain is Rp. 4,600 per kg with the Ciherang and Sintanur varieties, found in Sleman Regency. Meanwhile, the price of GKP quality grain is Rp. 4,200 per kg with Ciherang, IR64, and Inpari varieties in Bantul district. On the other hand, the lowest grain price at the farmer's level is Rp. 3,700 per kg for out-of-quality grain with the Ciherang variety, which occurs in Sentolo Sub-district, Kulon Progo Regency.
Grain by variety produced and sold by farmers in July 2022, the Ciherang variety accounted for 48.33 percent, Inpari for 25.00 percent, IR 64 for 18.33 percent, Mekongga for 5 percent, and other varieties for 3.34 percent.
In July 2022, the price of grain below the HPP was 63.33 percent in both GKG and GKP quality grain.
