Grain Producer Price Development October 2022

Abstract

The producer price of grain at the farm level in D.I. Yogyakarta in October 2022 amounted to IDR 5,159.38, up 0.20 percent compared to the previous month of IDR 5,149.00. At the milling level, it also increased by 0.21 percent, from IDR 5,219.00 to IDR 5,230.21 per kg in October 2022.
The highest grain price at the farm level for GKG quality grain is Rp. 5,850 per kg with IR64 and CIherang varieties, found in Bantul. While GKP quality grain is worth IDR 4,500 per kg with the Mekongga variety found in Sleman. In contrast, the lowest grain price at the farmer level is Rp. 4,400 per kg in GKP and out-of-quality grain with Mekongga and Inpari varieties, occurring in Sleman District.
Grain by variety produced and sold by farmers in October 2022, the IR 64 variety accounted for 43.75 percent, Ciherang for 35.42 percent, Inpari for 8.33 percent, Mekongga for 6.25 percent, Mentik Wangi for 4.17 percent and Sintanur for 2.08 percent.
In October 2022 the price of grain below the HPP was 4.17 percent in GKG quality grain.
