Abstract

November 2022, Yogyakarta's year on year (yoy) inflation amounted to 6.54 percent.
In November 2022 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation of 6.54 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 114.82.
Inflation occurred due to an increase in prices as indicated by the increase in most expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverages and tobacco group by 7.86 percent; clothing and footwear group by 2.87 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 5.05 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 5.15 percent; health group by 4.03 percent; transportation group by 13.23 percent; recreation, sports and culture group by 2.37 percent; education group by 3.90 percent; food and beverage / restaurant supply group by 5.84 percent; and personal care and other services group by 7.99 percent. While the group that experienced a decrease in the index was the information, communication, and financial services group by -0.23 percent.
The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate in November 2022 was 0.32 percent and the year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate in November 2022 was 5.80 percent.
