Abstract

The export value of Yogyakarta Special Region july 2020 reached US$32.7 million or up 30.28 percent compared to June 2020 exports. Cumulatively, the value of Exports January-July 2020 reached US$211.0 million or decreased 8.58 percent compared to the same period of 2019.

The largest export shipped to the United States was US$11.1 million. It was followed by Germany for US$3.9 million and Japan US$3.2 million. As of July 2020 the third contribution is 54.60 percent.

Non-Knitted Finished Clothing (62); Furniture, Home Lighting (94); and Knitted Goods (61) were the three commodity groups with the highest export value in July 2020 at US$11.5 million each; US$5.0 million; and US$2.3 million.

The import value of Yogyakarta Special Region in July 2020 reached US$8.5 million or up 3.66 percent compared to June 2020. Cumulatively, the value of January-July 2020 imports reached US$65.3 million or up 35.76 percent compared to the same period of 2019.

The largest supplier of imported goods during July 2020 is Papua New Guinea with a value of US$2.9 million. Then followed by China US$2.2 million; and the United States US$1.1 million.

Coffee, Tea, Spices (09); Artificial Filaments (54); and Mechanical Machinery /Aircraft (84) are the top three imported commodity groups by July 2020 of US$2.9 million each; US$0.8 million; and US$0.7 million.
