Abstract

The export value of Yogyakarta Special Region september 2020 reached US$35.2 million or up 12.82 percent compared to August 2020 exports. Cumulatively, the value of exports in January- September 2020 reached US$277.3 million or decreased 6.32 percent compared to the same period of 2019.

The largest export in September 2020 was sent to the United States at US$13.3 million. It was followed by Germany for US$3.8 million and Australia US$3.5 million. As of September 2020 the contribution of the three countries reached 51.17 percent.

Non-Knitted Finished Clothing (62); Furniture, Home Lighting (94); and Leather Goods (42) are the three commodity groups with the highest export value in September 2020 of US$10.5 million each; US$5.9 million; and US$2.9 million.

The import value of Yogyakarta Special Region in September 2020 reached 6.4 million or decreased by 55.24 percent compared to August 2020. Cumulatively, the value of Imports january-September 2020 reached US$86.0 million or up 30.50 percent compared to the same period of 2019.

The largest supplier of imported goods during September 2020 was China with a value of US$2.5 million. Then followed hong kong US$1.5 million; and South Korea US$0.6 million.

Artificial Filaments (54); Special Woven Fabrics (58); and Layered Woven Fabrics (59) are the top three imported commodity groups by September 2020 of US$1.7 million each; US$0.7 million; and US$0.7 million.
