Abstract

The Farmer Terms of Trade (NTP) in November 2022 amounted to 98.67, an index increase of 0.31 percent compared to the previous month which was recorded at 98.37.

The NTP of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in November 2022, reached 98.67, an index increase of 0.31 percent compared to the previous month of 98.37. The NTP of food crops subsector was 95.68; horticulture subsector 117.24; smallholder plantation crops subsector 102.90; livestock subsector 98.41; and fisheries subsector 92.73.

The increase in the combined NTP index this month was due to the increase in two subsectors, namely: food crops by 1.11 percent, and livestock by 1.96 percent. While three subsectors fell, namely: horticulture by 4.46 percent, smallholder plantations by 3.49 percent, and fisheries by 0.49 percent. The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of Yogyakarta Special Region in November 2022 was recorded at 99.31, up 0.56 percent compared to the previous month of 98.76.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for rural areas in Yogyakarta Special Region in November 2022 generally reached 117.48, experiencing inflation of 0.38 percent compared to the CPI in the previous month which was recorded at 117.03.

Of the 34 provinces in November 2022, 24 provinces experienced an increase, and 10 provinces experienced a decrease. The highest increase in NTP occurred in Riau by 5.64 percent, while the largest decrease in NTP occurred in Gorontalo by 1.66 percent.
